Campus-access screening

Complete your assessment DAILY, before you arrive on campus. Please remember that at this time, only employees who are deemed critical personnel or are part of a department’s phased return to campus plan should be coming on campus.

Before you report to campus each day, login and complete the online form. Once you click Submit you will get an email with instructions for you to come to campus or stay home.

If you fail the health screening you should not report to campus. Follow your normal departmental guidelines and inform your supervisor you are sick. If you have questions you may contact your supervisor or Human Resources (HR@stlcop.edu)
As part of our phased return to campus plan we are limited people on campus. You will likely be working alone in your office area. You will also be responsible for helping clean your office area. Our custodial staff is working to increase disinfection of commonly touched surfaces in public areas, but they cannot cover every workspace on campus multiple times a day.
We are working hard to ensure you are in a safe environment when you are on campus. We need your help to make this happen. When on campus please:
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face covering when around others. This helps keep them safe; your coworkers are covering their faces to keep you safe.
  • Avoid close contact; stay at least six feet apart, don’t gather in breakrooms with others, don’t have long in-person conversations with co-workers (even if six feet apart).
  • Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds after being in public places, using the restroom, blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Use only your tools, equipment, phone and computer. Use supplied cleaners to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, file cabinets, copiers, etc.
  • If you have symptoms develop while at work you should immediately isolate yourself from other employees. Notify your supervisor and leave campus.

Understand that individuals who are not experiencing any symptoms can carry the Covid-19 virus. While we are applying controls to help keep you safe, we cannot completely eliminate the risk that you contract Covid-19. If you have special concerns about coming to campus because you have an underlying health condition that increases your risk, please complete this form to confidentially communicate with HR about an accommodation.
Let HR know if you would like to request an accommodation based on an underlying health condition that makes you especially at risk, or if you have a lack of childcare due to closures of daycares, camps, and schools. Complete the appropriate form: Report Underlying Conditions for an Accommodation or Report Childcare Issue for Accommodation.
